Systems & Platforms
Work with the records your business already creates.
The right finance workflow starts by understanding the systems behind each number.
In short
What this means
Rybair can work with or assess data and workflows from accounting, payment, payroll and operating systems. The names below are examples to discuss, not a claim that every platform is directly integrated or that each is suitable for your business. Access, exports, permissions and reconciliation methods are confirmed before work begins.
Accounting
The accounting file should reflect the way the business is structured and reported. Examples we can assess include QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Xero, Sage, NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central; other systems can be reviewed as needed.
Payments and processors
Settlement timing, fees, refunds and chargebacks can make processor totals differ from bank deposits. Examples we can assess include Stripe, Square, PayPal, Shopify Payments, Clover, Moneris, Global Payments, Helcim, Adyen, Chase Payment Solutions, Worldline and Elavon; other systems can be reviewed as needed.
Payroll
Payroll records need to connect pay runs, deductions, remittances and ledger balances. Rippling, Gusto and Deel may be relevant for U.S. or cross-border situations after jurisdiction review. Examples we can assess include QuickBooks Payroll, Wagepoint, Payworks, ADP, Dayforce (formerly Ceridian), Humi, Rise, Knit and PaymentEvolution; other systems can be reviewed as needed.
Commerce and point of sale
Sales channels can generate separate order, payout, tax and fee records. Examples we can assess include Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, WooCommerce, A2X, Shopify POS, Square, Clover and Lightspeed; other systems can be reviewed as needed.
Property and short-term rental
Reservation, owner and property data may live outside the accounting system. Examples we can assess include Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Guesty, Hostaway, OwnerRez, Buildium, AppFolio and Yardi; other systems can be reviewed as needed.
Healthcare practice systems
Practice and payment data may require separate reconciliation and privacy-aware handling. Examples we can assess include Jane; other systems can be reviewed as needed.
What we verify before agreeing a workflow
We determine whether the source supports appropriate access, reliable exports or usable APIs; map the records needed; check timing and control totals; and document any manual steps. A product name on this page is not evidence of a direct live integration or endorsement.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do you integrate directly with all these platforms?
No. We assess the available records, access methods and workflow for each engagement. Some work uses exports or reconciliations rather than a direct integration.
Can we keep our existing software?
Often, yes. We first assess whether the existing tools and records support the agreed bookkeeping and reporting needs before recommending a change.
Service scope, access, responsibilities and delivery dates are agreed in writing. Tax, payroll and jurisdiction-sensitive work is assessed before engagement; assurance and legal services are not included.
