Advisory & Strategic Finance

Make the next decision with a clearer financial picture.

Turn reliable records into budgets, scenarios and the questions worth asking next.

In short

What this means

Rybair supports budgets, forecasts, cash-flow plans and management analysis built around your actual operations. We agree the decisions the work should inform, the assumptions behind it and where specialist opinion is needed.

Plan beyond the latest month

Budgets and forecasts link operating drivers to revenue, costs and cash. Scenario analysis tests what changes when hiring, pricing, occupancy, production or financing assumptions move.

  • Annual and rolling budgets
  • Cash-flow planning and scenario analysis
  • Budget-to-actual review
  • Assumptions and sensitivity documented

Measures that answer a question

We define KPIs around the parts of the business that need attention, then connect those measures to management or board reporting. A report should distinguish actual results, assumptions and open questions.

Ready for a consequential conversation

We can assemble analysis and supporting schedules for lender discussions, fundraising, diligence or transaction readiness. That can include normalized earnings analysis and valuation support where the scope and available evidence allow; it does not guarantee a financing or transaction outcome.

Know where specialist work begins

Formal independent valuation opinions, fairness opinions and litigation valuations require appropriate specialist engagement. We can prepare underlying records and analysis, but do not present support work as an independent opinion.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do we need current books before forecasting?

Reliable records make a forecast more useful. If the books need cleanup, we identify limitations and can scope that work first or label the assumptions clearly.

Can you prepare lender materials?

We can help organize reporting, debt schedules, cash-flow assumptions and supporting analysis, subject to scope. Lending decisions remain with the lender.

Service scope, access, responsibilities and delivery dates are agreed in writing. Tax, payroll and jurisdiction-sensitive work is assessed before engagement; assurance and legal services are not included.
