Why Rybair
You shouldn't need five people to answer one financial question.
Bring more of the financial picture into one relationship, with clear responsibilities and next steps.
In short
What this means
Rybair can connect bookkeeping, tax, payroll, CRA follow-up, reporting and advisory within an agreed scope. You see what is current, what is open, who owns the next action and what information a decision still needs.
More of the financial picture in one relationship
A payroll remittance affects cash, an unresolved sales-tax question affects a filing, and a late owner statement affects decisions. We define the handoffs between the services you engage rather than treating every request as an isolated task.
We don't stop when the bank reconciles
Reconciled balances matter, but so do missing evidence, overdue receivables, payroll differences and reports that don't match how the business runs. We identify what is explained and what still needs investigation.
Open issues stay visible
An open-items record identifies the period, question, required information, responsible person and next action. In-scope CRA correspondence, filing dates and remittances are reviewed on the agreed cadence, with evidence kept separate from reminders.
Deep where the business gets complicated
Short-term rental settlements, rental portfolio distributions, manufacturing inventory, e-commerce payouts and multi-location results can each need a different reporting structure. We examine the records and workflows behind the number rather than assuming one generic template fits.
Complexity gets reviewed, not ignored
Jurisdiction-sensitive work and unusual transactions are assessed before acceptance. We explain whether the work can be handled directly, needs a specialist partner or falls outside what we can take on.
- Confirm the entities, systems and records in scope
- Agree who provides inputs, reviews and approvals
- Record open questions and next actions
- Define any specialist decisions or handoffs
What working with us should feel like
Know what is complete, what is outstanding, who owns the next action and which reports are ready to use. Questions and exceptions remain visible alongside the financial picture, within the review cadence and responsibilities we agree with you.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Does this replace our accountant?
Not necessarily. We agree which bookkeeping, tax, payroll and finance work Rybair handles and what remains with your accountant or other specialist.
How do we know whether Rybair is a fit?
Start with a consultation about your organization, systems, current bookkeeping and reporting needs. We propose a written scope rather than a package that assumes every business has the same requirements.
Service scope, access, responsibilities and delivery dates are agreed in writing. Tax, payroll and jurisdiction-sensitive work is assessed before engagement; assurance and legal services are not included.
Talk through what a clear scope would look like.
A short consultation is enough to understand your systems, your deadlines and where the friction is. No obligation, no pressure.
